TAFFY is an acronym for Theater Arts Fund for Youth.

TAFFY, a non-profit organization under the umbrella of the Montpelier Theatre Guild, was established to give kids the opportunity to learn all aspects of theater arts by providing funds to supplement tuition for theater training, classes, and workshops.
