Russell Smith
(Stuart Dairymple) is appearing in his fourth Barre Players
productions production. You will remember him as “Stewpot”
in South Pacific presented this last summer by the
Vermont Center for the Performing Arts. Russ is active
behind the scenes as well. He is the photographer, publicity man
and heads up the set construction crew for Brigadoon. He
further claims to be a seasoned veteran of Players’ cast
parties.

roles, along with cheese Danish from the Culinary Arts
Institute. He enjoys organizing parties, working backstage, and
organizing parties, and figures the reopening of the Opera House
to be cause for another party or two.
